You are required to verify your identity before taking the final exam. You may do this in one of the following two ways: 1) at an on-site testing location (a business with public internet access) or 2) online through Experian. There is a non-refundable fee of $14.95 for verifying through Experian, while testing locations generally charge $5.00 to $10.00. The final exam is divided into two sections: 25 course environment questions and 25 course content questions. Each section of the exam must be completed in 15 minutes or less. If you do not finish within this time, you may not receive credit for the course. 1) Course Environment Questions. You are required to score 80% or better (20 out of 25 questions) in order to pass the environmental portion of the exam, which will test your recollection of images and pictures throughout the course.
