One thing to keep in mind is that customer service matters more than most people think. You probably won't care until you have a question about your certificate, your deadline, or whether your course completion was reported.
Then suddenly it becomes very important.

If a traffic school website feels confusing, hides information, or sounds too good to be true, I move on.
There are plenty of California traffic school online options available.
You don't need the cheapest one.
You need one that does exactly what it says it's going to do.
