How are GoToTrafficSchool.com's internet auto insurance reduction classes set up?
GoToTrafficSchool.com offers two (2) basic types of defensive driving courses: one is for ticket dismissal and the other is for insurance reduction.
Our online ticket dismissal classes may be taken on any computer with internet connection. You have the choice of stopping to take a break whenever you want to, and you can choose how many breaks you want to take. Your completed work is saved, so you can just pick up right from where you left off! GoToTrafficSchool.com's internet auto insurance reductioncourses are divided into chapters, and each chapter ends with a brief quiz (all multiple-choice questions). Although the quizzes have no bearing on your overall score for the course, they will greatly help you prepare for the final exam you will need to pass at the end of the course.
Once you pass your internet course's final exam, you will be awarded a certificate of completion. The certificate will be mailed according to the shipping method you selected at registration(either by regular mail for no extra charge, or be FedEx Delivery which carries an additional fee).

Will taking driver safety over the internet through GoToTrafficSchool.com get my ticket dismissed? What if the court doesn't approve it?
When you register with GoToTrafficSchool.com to take a ticket dismissal internet class, you will immediately be given details regarding approval in your court. If you are still uncertain if your local court will accept GoToTrafficSchool.com, you can always call the court directly and ask. That way you will know for sure.
I recently had a ticket dismissed by taking GoToTrafficSchool.com's online defensive driving class. I just got another ticket and would like to know if I can get this one erased, also?
Whether your ticket is eligible for dismissal will depend on where the traffic violation occurred, the nature of your traffic infraction, and when you had your last ticket thrown out.
Most states/jurisdictions only allow one (1) ticket to be removed from your driving record if you successfully complete an approved driver safety class every 12 months or so. Other states may only permit you to dismiss one (1) ticket every 5 years. Also, serious traffic violations may not be removed from your driving record, regardless of whether or not you take a ticket dismissal class. During registration, GoToTrafficSchool.com will give you information regarding course approval and dismissal eligibility on its website. However, if you still are uncertain as to whether your particular ticket is eligible for dismissal, please contact the local traffic court which is handling your case and ask if taking GoToTrafficSchool.com's online ticket dismissal class would get your ticket thrown out.
Will the court dismiss my traffic ticket if I take defensive driving over the internet instead of taking it in an actual classroom setting?
GoToTrafficSchool.com's internet defensive driving course may be taken in place of a traditional, six-hour classroom course if GoToTrafficSchool.com is approved in your state for ticket dismissal. You will need to call the court which is handling your case to see if GoToTrafficSchool.com's online course is approved where you reside.
So whenever I get a traffic citation, can I just take GoToTrafficSchool.com's auto insurance reduction course and have it removed?
No. Usually jurisdictions will only allow you to have a traffic citation taken off your driving record once every 12-24 months (or longer, depending on which state you live in). If you have a traffic ticket which is eligible for dismissal, taking GoToTrafficSchool.com's online defensive driving course will only get one (1) traffic citation off of your driving record. If you have several recent traffic citations, then you cannot have them all collectively dismissed by signing up with GoToTrafficSchool.com.
For more information, please choose the state and jurisdiction where you received your traffic ticket and read the eligibility details. If none are given, please call the traffic court which is handling your case to see if your ticket is eligible for dismissal.
How does GoToTrafficSchool.com's identity verification process work for customers who need to take your internet ticket dismissal class?
If your local traffic court requires that your identity be verified, you may need to have a limited credit check run on you. GoToTrafficSchool.com will let you know if your local court requires identity verification at the time you register to take one of our online defensive driving classes. If identity verification is required, please know that it's only to prevent potential fraud (i.e.--having someone else take the course's final exam in place of the defendant who's trying to have his/her ticket dismissed).
I assume one must have online access before they can register for GoToTrafficSchool.com's defensive driving course, right?
