COURSE INFORMATION

Details: We offer online courses that can be taken from any computer with online access. After completing you your course, you must pass a multiple choice final exam in order to successfully complete the course. However, you may re-take the final exam one time for free. If you fail the final exam a second and final time you will have the option of paying a $5.00 fee to retake the exam two more times.
Final Exam: You will have 2 chances to pass the final exam. If you fail the final exam 2 times, you will have the option of starting the course over and re-taking the final exam again for $5.00. If you fail the exam 2 times and do not elect to pay the $5.00 re-take fee, your account will be disabled and marked as failed.
Certificate Delivery: We will send the original certificate of completion to you. It is then your responsibility to submit the certificate to your court. You will select the shipping method for your certificate when you register. If you are unable to complete the course at least 10 days before your due date, then you should choose one of our expedited shipping methods. We will also send you an email confirmation and a page to print upon completion of the course, to retain for your records. Certificates are mailed the same day you finish the course if you finish before 4:00 pm PST. If you finish the course after 4:00 pm, your certificate will be mailed out on the following morning.
