COURSE INFORMATION
Details:
This four (4) hour online court-ordered defensive driving course has been APPROVED by the Tennessee Department of Safety. You must obtain permission from the judge before enrolling in this course. After you have completed this course, you are required by the court to verify your identity before you can take the final exam. You may verify your identity in one of the following three ways: 1) at an on-site testing location (a business with public internet access), 2) by visiting a notary public, or 3) online through Experian. There is a non-refundable fee of $14.95 for verifying through Experian, while testing locations and notaries generally charge $5.00 to $10.00. You select your method of verification before you take your final exam.
Certificate Delivery:
We will submit the original certificate to you. You select the shipping method for your certificate when you register. You select the shipping method for your certificate when you register. If you are unable to complete the course at least 10 days before your due date, then you should choose one of our expedited shipping methods. We will also send you an email confirmation and a page to print upon completion of the course, to retain for your records. Certificates are mailed the same day you finish the course if you finish before 4:00 pm PST. If you finish the course after 4:00 pm, your certificate will be mailed out on the following morning.
