How do I know if I'm eligible to attend this course?

How do the quizzes work?
There is a short quiz after each chapter. The quizzes are meant to prepare you for the final exam and will not count against your overall course score.
How do I take my final exam?
After completing the online course, you must pass a final exam with a score of at least 80%. You may retake the exam as many times as you need to pass at no additional charge. However, if you fail the exam you must wait at least 24-hours prior to taking it again. Virginia requires that the exam be proctored. This means that you will need to take the final exam through our website on a computer at one of our testing locations, usually your local Kinko’s or UPS store. We will provide you with a list of these locations. Please call us at 1-888-329-7069 if you need help finding a location. When you arrive, tell an employee that you are there for the GoToTrafficSchool.com final exam. The employee should verify your identity by checking your photo id and then give you an access code you will log in to the course and click “exam” in the syllabus. When the next screen appears, choose the proctor location from the scroll down menu and enter the access code you were given. This will allow you to begin the exam.
How do I get my certificate of completion?
We will send you a completion certificate upon completion of the course. It is your responsibility to submit this certificate to the court. If you are under age 20, the Virginia DMV will not accept your completion.
Can I get a refund for the Virginia online defensive driving traffic school course?
We will refund 100% of your money if you decide to stop taking the course at any point prior to the certificate being sent out. If you have selected the Read Along upgrade, you must request a refund prior to the completion of chapter 2.
