How do I access my course materials?
You will be assigned a unique username and password at registration. You must use this information to login to your online traffic school account at
www.GoToTrafficSchool.com.
Do I need to use the same computer every time I log in?
No. You can take the online defensive driving traffic school course from any computer with internet access.
How do the quizzes work?
There is a short quiz after each chapter. The quizzes are meant to prepare you for the final exam and will not count against your overall course score. You must score 80% to pass. You may re-take the exam as many times as you need to pass at no additional charge.
How do I take my final exam?
After completing the online course, you must pass a brief final exam with a score of at least 80%. You may retake the exam as many times as you need to pass at no additional charge.
How do I get my certificate of completion?
We will mail the original certificate to you. It is your responsibility to submit the certificate to your court. We will also submit your completion to the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission within 10 days of your completion of the course. You select the shipping method for your traffic school certificate when you register.
Can I get a refund?
We will refund 100% of your money if you decide to stop taking the course at any point prior to the certificate being sent out. If you have selected the Read Along upgrade, you must request a refund prior to the completion of chapter 2.
