How do I access my course materials?
You will be assigned a unique username and password at registration. You must use this information to login to your online traffic school account at
www.GoToTrafficSchool.com.
Do I need to use the same computer every time I log in?
No. You can take the course from any computer with internet access.
How do the quizzes work?
There is a short quiz after each chapter. The quizzes are meant to prepare you for the final exam and will not count against your overall course score.
How do I take my final exam?
After completing the online course, you must pass a brief final exam with a score of at least 80%. You may retake the exam as many times as you need to pass at no additional charge.
How do I get my certificate of completion?
We will mail the original certificate directly to you. It is then your responsibility to submit it to your court on time. We also report your completion electronically to the DMV directly. You select the shipping method for your certificate when you register. If you are unable to complete the course at least 10 days before your due date, then you should choose one of our expedited shipping methods. We will also send you an email confirmation and a page to print upon completion of the course, to retain for your records. Certificates are mailed the same day you finish the course if you finish before 4:00 pm PST. If you finish the course after 4:00 pm, your certificate will be mailed out on the following morning.
Can I get a refund?
We will refund 100% of your money if you decide to stop taking the course at any point prior to the certificate being sent out; however, if you have selected the Read Along upgrade, you must request a refund for it prior to the completion of chapter 2.
