Idaho Online Traffic School Defensive Driving

Details: Our course is approved by the Idaho Department of Transportation. Our Idaho Transportation Department-approved defensive driving course will remove three points from your driving record. You can take this course once every three years. Note that if your license has been suspended you are not eligible for this course. After completing the online course, you must pass a brief final exam, with a score of 80%, however, you may re-take the final as many times as necessary at no additional charge.

Certificate Delivery: We submit your certificate of completion directly to you. In order to earn credit for your course, you must submit a copy of your certificate of completion to the Idaho Transportation Department. IDT requires that you either fax or mail a copy of your certificate of completion to them after you complete your course. ITD requests that you do not send the original certificate. Box 7129 Boise, Idaho 83707 You select the shipping method for your certificate when you register. If you would like your certificate quickly, then you should choose one of our expedited shipping methods. We will also send you an email confirmation and a page to print upon completion of the course, to retain for your records. Certificates are mailed the same day you finish the course if you finish before 4:00 pm PST. If you finish the course after 4:00 pm, your certificate will be mailed out on the following morning.

Eligibility: You are eligible to take this course if you are at risk of having your license suspended. You need to wait three years between each time you take a point reduction course. Unfortunately Idaho Transportation Department rules mean this course will only remove points that are already on your record. You can take our point reduction course to remove three points from your driving record. Our course is fully approved by the Idaho Transportation Department and you can take our entire course on the internet. Some insurance companies provide their motorists with discounts upon successful completion of a traffic school course. For an extra $5 we will send you another certificate of completion to send to your insurance company for a 10% discount.
