Certificate Delivery: We will mail the original certificate directly to you. It is then your responsibility to submit it to your court on time. If you are unable to complete the course at least 10 days before your due date, then you should choose one of our expedited shipping methods. We will also send you an email confirmation and a page to print upon completion of the course, to retain for your records. Eligibility: You are eligible to take our Aggressive Driving course if you have a letter from the DMV citing you as an aggressive driver who must complete an Aggressive Driving program. You are considered by Delaware law to be an "aggressive driver" if you’ve been convicted of a total of three types of certain violations, eg, speeding, failing to stop when ordered to by a police officer, failing to yield, following too closely, passing on a shoulder, and unsafe lane change. You need to enroll in the course within 90 days of the conviction. Check with the individual providers for location and class schedule information. Some give you the option of taking the class online, which is allowed by the state. After you've paid the fee to the provider and successfully completed the course, you will need to prove to the Delaware DMV that you passed the course by showing the completion certificate.
