How do I know if I'm eligible to take the course?
To take this course, you must have a letter from the Division of Motor Vehicles citing you as an aggressive driver who must complete an aggressive driving program.
Do I need to use the same computer every time I log in?
No. You can take the course from any computer with internet access.
How do the quizzes work?
There is a short quiz after each chapter. The quizzes are meant to prepare you for the final exam and will not count against your overall course score.
How do I take my final exam?
After completing the online course, you must pass a brief final exam with a score of at least 80%. You may retake the exam as many times as you need to pass at no additional charge.
How do I get my certificate of completion?
We will mail the original certificate of completion directly to you. It is your responsibility to submit the certificate to your court. You will select the preferred shipping method for your certificate when you register. If you can’t complete the course at least 10 business days before your due date, then it is recommended that you choose one of our expedited shipping methods. Upon completion of the course we will send you an email confirmation to print for your records. If you finish the course before 4:00 pm PST, your certificate will be sent the same day. If you finish the course after 4:00 pm, your certificate will be mailed on the following morning. After your certificate is processed and sent, you will receive an email containing the details of the mailing. You will also be able to check the status of your certificate’s delivery on our website.
Can I get a refund?
We will refund 100% of your money if you decide to stop taking the course at any point prior to the certificate being sent out. If you have selected the Read Along upgrade, you must request a refund prior to the completion of chapter 2.
